In some cases, certain settings or apps on your Android device may prevent Me+ from sending notifications. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot issues we know about.
Device Checks:
1. Network Connection: Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
2. Do Not Disturb Mode: Check if Do Not Disturb, Sleep, or Work mode is enabled.
3. Notification Permissions: Open Application Manager > Find Me+ in the list > Turn on Show Notifications.
4. Date & Time: Check the date and time in Settings. The Automatic Date & Time option should be enabled.
5. Low Power Mode: Check if it is on (may limit background activity).
6. Check if you have apps installed on your device that block ads or internet access, which may prevent notifications from working properly.
7. System & App Updates: Update the Me+ app on Google Play and the Google system version to the latest version.
8 Restart your device: Uninstall and reinstall the Me+ app if necessary.
